What to include

Include your name, TeamLogger account email or username, company name, and what you want deleted: your user account, face enrollment, specified attendance records or other data. A kiosk or site name and relevant dates help locate specific records. Use your account email if available; otherwise explain that you need another way to verify your identity.

Do not send a password, sign-in code, access token or face photo. You do not need to obtain an administrator's permission just to send a request.

What your request can cover

Verification and the outcome

TeamLogger may contact you to verify identity, clarify the requested records or confirm company authority. When an organization controls the workforce records, TeamLogger may coordinate with that organization. Acknowledgement, verified-request handling and completion commitments follow the TeamLogger account and data deletion policy.

Deleting an account is different from disabling sign-in. An applicable verified account-deletion request covers the account and its associated data, subject to the lawful retention exceptions below. You can request confirmation of the outcome and details of any retained records and the reason for retention.

What is removed and what may remain

Enrollment invalidation erases the stored active face-profile template. Assigned kiosks erase their obsolete local template after receiving a valid authorization update; a kiosk that is offline must reconnect to receive it. Minimum version and audit records can remain to prevent use of an obsolete profile. Invalidation alone does not delete your account or valid historical attendance.

Server attendance, account, security and audit records follow the TeamLogger retention and deletion policy. Specific records may need to remain for lawful customer instructions, payroll, accounting, security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Such records remain protected and can be restricted or de-identified where appropriate. The applicable retention reason determines how long they are kept.

Accepted synchronization receipts on a kiosk are kept for 365 days and then eligible for removal using trusted time. Unresolved attendance does not expire automatically and remains locally until the server returns a final result. These local rules do not impose a 365-day deletion period on server data.

The Reactivate this device recovery action on app version 1.0.22 (25) or later requires confirmation before clearing local activation, face enrollments, receipts and attendance waiting to sync. These local records are not preserved. Reset and close app asks Android to clear app data; reopen the app to activate and enroll again. Resetting local storage does not request account deletion or remove records already received by TeamLogger.

Uninstalling TeamLogger Kiosk does not request deletion of your TeamLogger account or server records. Contact your organization for its non-biometric attendance process if you no longer wish to use facial attendance.
